Offers a very fragrant cup that is mild in body with a fair amount of acidity. Floral aroma with hints of fruit, caramel and milk chocolate. This one surprised us as to just how well balanced it is. Very nice cup and good hard bean. This is a hard bean Strictly High Grown (SHG) and European Processed(EP). Roasts to French with ease. Has nice cup at City as well.
