This all natural decaffeination process, Swiss Water Process is a chemical-free method or extracting caffeine molecules from coffee. Although these coffees are a tad more expensive than our KVW beans, their value is worth their taste and high quality and are becoming more and more popular in the coffee industry. Our Costa Rica SWP is a classic Costa Rican cup, exhibiting a medium acidity, bright body and sweet flavor. Although the KVW process is still our favorite in terms of quality of the cup, the SWP is in high demand for its natural process and chemical-free state.
