Because of the auctions, Brazil now produces some of the best coffee in the world. A soft, nutty, low acid coffee with nice bittersweet chocolate tastes. This is a great blender for that perfect espresso. Known for its ability to produce rich thick crema on the top of your shot.

This coffee, from the Mogiana region, is produced by the Carvalho Dias and Ottoni familes, who have repeatedly won the Cup of Excellence status in Brazil. For over 100 years and four generations these familes have treated the land, the people, and the bean right, and it certainly shows in the cup! This natural coffee has a wonderful smooth and round body, sweet acidity, and a clean aftertaste.

Cupping Notes, Chocolate, Sweet, Pretzel,Orange Peel Soft bean - roast lighter for the best balance. Vienna or Full City Roast.
